The challenge has provided me a reason to commit to myself again and my goals of reaching IRONMAN status. When I started I weighed 163 pounds and had a 31.5 inch waist and was 14.7% body fat. After using the following almost daily, Complete Burn SuperGreens, MRP (more as a fourth meal not a replacement meal), Digest, Probiotics, Vitamins, RepairUltra, Muscle Energy (love this stuff for recovery and during those long runs)I lost 8 pounds, 2 inches, and 1.7% of my body fat to be 155 pounds, 29.5 inches and 13% body fat. During this time I exercised 6 times a week, however, sometimes twice a day because I am training for the NY Marathon on Nov 2 and was training for the San Diego TriRock Spritn which I rocked with a PR in all three sports, as well as, overall, finishing 8 out of 44 in my age group! My goal was to get my abs to pop, well I got the uppers coming out, and unfortunately, learned that the exercises I was doing for my abs were hurting my back, so I stopped them and poof I was back into my marathon. I am still excited about my results and am turning around and starting my second cycle.
