Pesaba 179 libras cuando inicie mi reto, no estaba agusto ni feliz con mi apariencia física, comía mucha comida chatarra y no le dedicaba ninguna actividad física ni tiempo a mi persona.
Con cualquier esfuerzo mínimo como subir escaleras o correr unos metros ya sentía que me faltaba el aire, esto me desmotivaba a intentar hacer cosas nuevas.
