Al empezar el reto pesaba 56 kg y termine mi reto con 52 kg, la verdad me siento muy feliz de haber logrado bajar estos 4 kg en tan solo 8 semanas.Yo tenia problemas de estreñimiento y estos problemas desaparecieron gracias a las enzimas digestivas que tomaba antes de cada comida y los probioticos que tomaba antes de ir a dormir, comencé a sentirme muy agusto con la malteada, la tomaba por la mañana y esta me ayudaba a controlar mi apetito y a no querer andar comiendo entre comidas.
También acompañe mi reto con un poco de ejercicio, salia a correr 3 veces por semana aproximadamente 40min.
Lo que mas me llena es ver el resultado que logre en este reto, el tener que comprar ropa 2 tallas menos de las que solía usar. Había intentado bajar de peso y lo mas que lograba en 3 meses eran máximo de 2kg o 3kg, pero al dejar la dieta volvía a ganar el mismo o mas peso del que había perdido.
Me siento muy feliz con la transformación de mi cuerpo, mi autoestima mejoro mucho y sobre todo me gusta mucho ahora como luce mi ropa en mi.
