Siempre me ha costado mucho mantener mi figura y mi peso ya que soy una persona que le cuesta mucho hacer ejercicio, de hecho confieso que este no fue mi mejor reto ya que no tuve nada de tiempo de hacer ejercicio y realmente no hice cambios en mi alimentacion! lo confieso me encantan los postres!
