I started the challenge at 75kgs and unhappy with my skinny figure but now I am 77kgs and am seeing some hope of finally being able to put on weight.
I used the sculpt set and also the Digest Ultra.
I took each product once a day and the Supergreens twice. Once in the morning and once after work before the gym.
I didnt exercise anywhere as much as I wanted to. Managed to make the gym twice a week for 5 of the weeks during the challenge.
Since completing the challenge I have a clearer plan of what to do on my next one. Also I feel more energetic, have more confidence in my future body image and have a more positive mindset.
