Hello promoters and challengers. This second eight week challenge for me was definitely a step in the righ direction. I work out six days a week and usually for at least two hours a day, so my workouts are always intense. I use this challenge as a motivation to wake up everyday and make myself a better person. I have always been somebody that has played in competitive sports and stayed active, but, I was always the chubby one out of all my friends and family. No matter what workouts or diets I did, never worked. I was to a point after college that I was going to stop working, because I would go all out in the gym and see minimal results. Once I got on YOR health, I could instantly feel a difference. For this challenge, the products I took were one YOR Shake for breakfast and one after I workout. I took a digest ultra with my lunch and dinner. I also had some almonds and supergreens as snacks. Supergreens is really the drink of fresh air and I love it. Also, I would take one completeburn in the morning and then one at 4:45PM. I also would take two YOR Repair before I go to bed. This challenge and company have really given me a direction and openeed my eyes to what I am really passionate about. I am excited to change people's lives and show them what true happiness is. Ths challenge has me moltivated to start to do fitness modeling and physique competitions. I really believe with these phoenomenal products, I can reallly represent this company and product well. I am at the lowest body fat that I have ever been, which is, 10.2%. Also, I hit my goal of 175 lbs in this cycle. I am so blessed to have been introduced to this company by Trent Haery and Robbie Hendricks. YOR Health has the most positive enrgy I have ever been around. I will be a challenger for life!!!!!
