So today's my last day of the challenge, and here's me thinking I had one more week! Anyway, I can't believe I actually lasted a whole 8 weeks trying to lose as much weight as I could! Before I even heard of the products and this challenge, my health wasn't any good! I was always sick with flu + cold symptoms because my immune system was that crap, I hardly ever was a fan of vegetables and fruit, and all the meals I ate were heavy & fattening. Thanks mum! I lost her a few months ago now, due to cancer! That's when I just didn't care at all what I was doing to myself and eating my pain and sorrow away! It wasn't until my brother introduced us to this! We decided to jump on board as a family, and haven't turned back since that day!
This range of products that I'm sure a lot of us are on - are the only ones I've ever taken! I don't regret it not even once! My regime consisted of waking up in the morning to a probiotics ultra tablet, an hour late would be breakfast - MRP chocolate, 2 scoops with a banana and a handful of blueberries. Lunch was either tuna and Salad or chicken & salad with a digest ultra pill. Snack on 2 scoops of super greens and one every blast. Dinner at 7 MRP chocolate, 2 scoops & vanilla 1 scoop, 2 bananas! So fulfilling and tasty!! This happens everyday I remember, some days I take vitamins..
These products have had such an impact on me, that now, I'm so much more comfortable with myself than what I was before I started 8 weeks ago, I always looked at myself in the mirror with a frown because I convinced myself that I would never lose the weight and that I would be happy with myself the way I was.. I was so wrong! I'm so much more happier now, not only have people noticed a change in me but I've definitely noticed it myself, I will not stop til I am satisfied! I'm more confident now in all that I do, and with new people I meet!
