La verdad me encantaron los resultados de este reto, pero voy por más!
Me encanta cuidarme, hacer ejercicio pero siempre he batallado con el peso ideal y con el cuerpo que deseo pero esta vez me siento más cerca de lo que quiero estar gracias a Yor health!
Me veo y me siento excelente y lo más padre es que la gente que incluso solo te saluda en el gym se acerque a darte comentarios padres y acercarlos tamb a ellos a que se inscriban.
De peso solo baje un kilo pero nuevamente soy talla 26 lo cual me pone feliz y eso que la mitad del reto estuve de viaje y eso complica las cosas.
Yo me tomo tooooooodo. Dos malteadas al día, mis 2 probioticos al despertar, 2 Repair al dormir, mis enzimas con los alimentos, mi quemador antes del gym y mi slim antes de la comida. Y mi producto favorito el SG a media mañana o media tarde.
Y los resultados más evidentes son en los gorditos de la espalda.
