Antes de comenzar el reto de las 8 semanas mi peso era de 50 kg y ahora que lo he completado no sólo logre mi meta de peso que eran 48 sino logre bajar dos mas para llegar al final del reto con un peso de 46 kg.
Iniciando el día, en ayunas me tomaba una cápsula de probioticos y media hora después dos medidas de MRP junto con dos tabletas de Essential Vitamins sustituyendo de esta manera el desayuno. A las doce del día tomaba el Súper Greens como colación. A la hora de la comida acostumbraba hacer mis alimentos y tomaba una cápsula de Digest y por la noche volvía a tomar la malteada MRP.
En un principio y durante las primeras dos a tres semanas comencé a tomar clases de Cross Fit 5 días por semana, posteriormente me fue difícil serguir mi rutina de ejercicio por lo que opte por hacer ejercicio en casa.
