Hola mi nombre es Edgar Edwin Armenta Castillo, este es mi segundo reto de 8 semanas Yor Best Body, mi peso era de 70kg y ahora peso 68kg, desde mi primer reto he notado que mi salud y mi cuerpo se han transformado, yo consumo toda la línea de Yor Health, y en este segundo reto comencé a consumir el Yor Muscle Energy, mis resultados y cambios han sido enormes, ya que mi energía y recuperación han mejorado así como ganar masa muscular con la Yor MRP, al igual que con Yor Repair mi recuperación es más rápida, para la parte digestiva y absorción de nutrientes consumo Super Greens, Digest Ultra y Fiber Plus, antes de hacer ejercicio me tomo una deliciosa bebida que se llama Berry Blast, su sabor es delicioso, en lo particular hago de 3 a 4 días ejercicio, juego Soccer y levanto pesas.
Gracias a Yor Health puedo hacer lo que me gusta sin tener que hacer alguna dieta o dejar de comer, y que mejor haciendo ejercicio y promoviéndolo con mi familia y amigos.
