Hello. My name is Joanne Kendall from the Bronx, New York. Ever since I got started with YOR Health in 2008, I knew I was going to be part of something monumental.
Before YOR Health, I was in a downward spiral. I wasn't in the best shape of my life, and not really in a good space in my head.
I, like a lot of people heard this a lot: "You would be so much prettier if you just lost weight," "You're gonna end up in the grave if you don't watch it!" "I don't mean to put you down, but..." And these were from people who mean well.
Today, I hit the reset button! Today I kick negativity in the butt! How? Quite simple really! The YOR Health line of products (SLIM SET), lots of cardio, home calisthenics and the best support system around...my teammates (love you guys) and real supporters!
