I am a builder and before being introduced to these products I was always very run down, tired constantly getting sick because of the long hours I work and I tried many many things (supplements etc.) to try combat this and nothing ever seemed to work for me I also struggle to hold weight and muscle , but from the first week of taking all the Yor products I felt results straight away my recovery improved out of no where I had unlimited energy never getting sore and tired anymore and am now able to hold my muscle and weight without stressing that I'm going to lose it I had already gained 7kg of muscle before starting the 8week challenge and since being on it gained more and lost even more fat .

I take my protein , fibre , super greens and berry blast in one shake every morning along with my probiotics, repair and vitamins , then at lunch more vitamins with a digest , then after dinner I have my repair , probiotics And vitamins with the protein

I would train only about 3 times per week because with my job it is very physically demanding and I believe I didn't need to do much more because the products work so well ,

I am honestly going to take these products for the rest of my life because they make me feel so good and you really don't realise what your meant to feel like everyday until you take these products.
