This is my second time entering the 8 Week Challenge. Reflecting on this cycle from the last one I would definitely say I feel a lot better. Before I was really trying to get in the groove of exercising again and though I incorporated the products, healthier eating choices and exercise into my daily routine I was pretty much doing things on my own. However, this time around I actually took the initiative to get a gym membership and I noticed how much more my fitness improved. I became more motivated to workout because I had workout buddies. I feel like having a partner there to keep you motivated makes all of the difference in the world. I was able to meet with a personal trainer one on one and she helped me to find exercises that catered to my specific goals. I am not 100% where I'd like to be but I'm loving the progress that I've been making thus far. I am even more health conscious and this challenge has helped me and inspired me to do more research regarding what foods are better for the body and how to detect what is actually real food and what are food-like products. Me doing this 8 week challenge has also inspired my mom to want to become more active. Before she thought I was silly and that me taking the products was just a temporary thing. However, she's noticing that this isn't just a temporary diet, it's an actual lifestyle for me. My health is the best it has ever been. I used to get shortness of breath doing the simplest of tasks such as walking up a short flight of stairs, but now I can move about swiftly and easily and not feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest. I'm so grateful for this challenge and I can't wait for the next round!
