Hello everyone my name is kata vue and I use to weight between 116-120lb but after the challenge I weight 127lb. I take the yorhealth products everyday from the very first day I got it and I have not miss a day of it. I work out almost everyday through out the week but mostly at night when I have a bit more free time to do more work out. The greatest impact that the challenge has had on me was it allows me to push myself to get the body I have ever wanted and I'm only at the first stage on where I want to be at. Before the challenge I use to think that I will never get the "bruce lee body" I wanted because no matter how hard I work out I didn't tend to gain any muscle mass. After I join the 8-week challenge I have learn that working out is useless if I don't consume the right food for me to build my body. Today I thank the yorhealth product line for helping me realize that for me to get the body I want, I need to eat the food that will help my body as well.
