Este reto fue muy emocionante. Cada vez me siento mejor. Mía días son más activos. El estréss y cansancios son menos. Mi salud a mejorado, lo veo en mi piel como en cada ruta y actividad física que realizo. Comencé este ciclo con un paquete balance.
