The YOR Health Product has made a tremendous impact in my life. I can’t put into words how excited I feel about my weight loss and the transformation it has made not only in my self-appearance but in my self-esteem and confidence. I was introduced to this amazing product by my sister Monica Barroso. My sister is a distributor and she mentioned to me that she was going to have a YOR Health presentation but to be honest I was skeptical about the product. I never trusted taking any supplements for weight loss and I wasn’t too interested. The only reason why I attended the presentation was to show my sister some support. As I started to hear more information about the product and the functions of the supplements, I was becoming interested. I was amazed at the testimony’s I heard from other people that took the product. I thought maybe it does work and thought giving it a shot. I had tried several times to lose weight on my own but was never successful at reaching my goal. I have never been a skinny or too chubby of a girl. I always loved working out just as much as I loved to eat but didn’t know much about nutrition or how to eat healthy. I always admired girls who were fit. I loved watching how hard they trained at the gym and wished that were me. I also admired girls who competed in fitness competitions but I’ve always put myself down telling myself that would never happen to me. I’ve always been good at hiding my weight but you can definitely see it on my face when I would gain weight and that I couldn’t hide. Every time spring would come around, I would promise myself that I would lose the weight and be fit for the summer time. I always failed. If I would go the beach, or took a trip to the lake or a swimming pool where I was required to wear a bikini or bathing suit, it made me feel uncomfortable. There was no way I could hide my stomach. Most girls that would be at these places had the flat tummies and looked great in their cute two-piece bikinis and here I was wearing a one piece bathing suit sometimes a two-piece bikini and I would always try to cover my stomach area. I was just not happy with my self-appearance. Two months before the challenge started, I was weighing my heaviest at 175 lbs. I thought this is it. I couldn’t gain anymore weight because I wasn’t happy. I managed to drop 17 pounds on my own then weighing 158 lbs. It was difficult. I was feeling tired and had no energy to keep losing weight. I felt like giving up again because I wasn’t losing anymore weight. When the guest speakers at the presentation talked about how great they felt physically, mentally and how energized they felt, it caught my attention and also to see how they transformed their bodies. I was excited about the product but there was one problem, I really couldn’t afford to buy a whole package. This year has been pretty rough for me financially. Work has been slow and I have not been working full time everyday. I was suggested to buy the YOR Probiotics Ultra, the YOR Digestive Ultra, and the YOR Supergreens. Since I couldn’t afford to buy the shake and other supplements, I was advised to eat as healthy as I can and exercise. That day I made a promise to myself and to God that I would change my life and my body for my own good. Not for anyone else. I promised if I would win this competition and get all the supplements I need, I would take the Sculpt Challenge next and get that dream body I’ve always wanted. My goal has been to slim down but my ultimate goal is to sculpt and hopefully next year compete in a women’s fitness competition. When I started the challenge, I was weighing 158 lbs. My current weight is 148 lbs. I can honestly say I feel I lost 20 pounds even though I lost 10 pounds these past 8 weeks. Not only did I lose weight, I can see how my body is toning. I lost so many inches off my waist. I started eating healthy everyday and would only give myself one cheat meal out of the week. I would take my supplements daily as well as my Supergreens. I fell in love with the product! I started feeling real energetic and motivated to see my results. I started working out twice a day 5 times a week. After I got off from work, I would go home, change to my workout clothes and do my cardio which consisted of running at the park 2-4 miles, or I would alternate and go to the Manhattan Beach Sand dunes. There I would go up and down stairs, or sometimes I would exercise going up the sand dunes. At night, I would go to the gym and do ab workouts, planks, sit-ups, and more to tone a little. I became a gym rat and I absolutely love it! It’s amazing how the YOR Health product has transformed my life. Everyday I wake up excited when I look myself in the mirror. I don’t feel ashamed of my body like I was before. I have confidence, I have great self-esteem now, and I’m full of energy. I will not stop here. This is a new a lifestyle I’m committed to everyday for the rest of my life. I will continue to eat healthy, take my YOR Health supplements, exercise, and work on my next goal which is to sculpt. I’m excited to show off my new body this summer and I’m ready and motivated for my next new challenge!
