I have put on nearly 2 kg of muscle and am much leaner after 8 weeks! Thanks YOR Health! My goal weight was lower then my starting weight but as I sculpted I actually put on lean muscle weight! So I'm not focusing on the scales at all. The before and after pictures speak for themselves and all my friends and family are joining YOR Health challenges now after noticing my results over the last 8 weeks!!
I had a baby 11 months ago and did my first slim challenge at the beginning of the year. After losing all my baby weight plus an extra 8 kilos on top of that I decided I wanted to sculpt! And boy does having a clear digestive system help!! I got results so quickly :)
This challenge has inspired me to compete in fitness comps next year and has really opened my eyes to the fact it is possible to achieve anything you set out to do!! My body 11 months post baby is a lot fitter, healthier and better looking then before I fell pregnant and had a baby!! Proof these products are absolutely amazing!!!! To achieve these results I weight trained 2-3 times per week and ate fairly healthy (but I never deprived myself of a treat) and took my products every day. I would have MRP and fibre plus post workout or if I hadn't trained that day it was a nice afternoon tea snack. I had a probiotic and two repairs when I woke up, a digest and two vitamins with lunch, a digest and two vitamins with dinner and my supergreens and berry blast either pre workout or with my morning tea. The last couple of weeks I also incorporated the super slim capsules. Thanks again YOR Health! You have changed my life and I couldn't be happier!!!!
