Before I started taking the YOR Health products I had a huge lack of energy and motivation. I'm a stay at home mum with two children and wanted to do something about my health and fitness.
I started the 8 week challenge and took the full range of slim products including the berry blast and super greens. I noticed a difference straight away. My energy increased, I wasn't tired all the time, and I had the motivation and drive I needed to get out and exercise.
