Before taking on the challenge I had fallen into a slump, I let myself go fitness wise and was happy to just sit at home and waste my time watching TV or playing video games and as the cycle continued I found I had less and less energy and motivation to do anything else.
When taking the Yor Health products you notice a huge increase in energy levels. I went from doing next to no physical training to training 6 days a week and sometimes multiple sessions in a day. I use the YOR Supergreens mixed with YOR Fiber Plus and take YOR Essential Vitamin to give me all the vitamins and nutrients I am missing from my diet. This gave me noticeable sustained energy throughout the day.
I used YOR Berry Blast as my pre-workout. It's full of antioxidants and gives you that energy boost without the crash of other pre-workouts on the market.
Training 6 days a week you would expect alot of muscle soreness, however when the body is working at optimal levels (as its designed to) the body can focus on repairing muscle quicker then it can when it's spending its energy on other tasks like breaking down food or fighting acidosis. To help with this I would take YOR Digest Ultra before my 2 biggest (or most processed) meals of the day and a YOR Repair Ultra before bed.
The results you see in these photos are far from achievable, especially when like myself you find it hard to stick to the "One cheat meal a week" rule. I believe that is the great thing about these products, It's that they are designed for anyone and everyone. You will get results whether you are a hardcore trainer or someone that just wants to loose a couple kilograms. You will get results even if you choose to have more then 1 cheat meal a week. Of course remember, everything in moderation.
