Antes de todo les comento que estoy súper contento no solamente con los resultados sino con el trayecto de este ciclo.
Termine el ciclo anterior y me descuide un poco en la alimentación porque en Miami en la Conferencia Anual y el Escape de Lideres aproveche para comer tantas cosas tan deliciosas hahaha, lo que hizo que se acumulara algo de grasa aquí y allá, y eso no se ve nada bien en el espejo.
Por lo que casi de inmediato empecé el siguiente ciclo de reto. Los productos me los tome diariamente, desde los Probióticos al despertar hasta el Repair antes de dormir.
Mi meta era hacer 20 barras y lograr hacer un ejercicio llamado muscleups. Debo comentar que no lo logre mi meta de subir 2 kg de masa muscular, pero la consistencia en el ejercicio fue mayor, diario salía al parque a hacer barras y luego en una segunda etapa alterne barras 3 días a la semana y ejercicios para pierna otros dos días. En la última etapa de mi ciclo subí la ingesta de proteína y me compartieron unos ejercicios muy fuertes de muchas repeticiones una vez a la semana y gracias al BerryBlast, el MRP y el MuscleEnergy he podido ir haciendo mas y mas semana a semana y cada vez me siento más fuerte.
Algo que me tiene impresionado son los resultados parciales y como, después de hacer ejercicio hasta el cansancio, al otro día gracias al Repair y SuperGreens y MuscleEnergy estoy prácticamente recuperado y listo para lo que sigue. Me lesione unos músculos de la pierna a la mitad del ciclo y tuve que ejercitarme con mucho cuidado para no lesionarme más fuerte, sin embargo la recuperación fue increíblemente rápido. Ahora me siento más despierto en mi trabajo y emocionado porque voy por muy buen camino, solo es cuestión de que día tras día, la suma de pequeñas acciones diarias logren un resultado espectacular.

Im very excited not only with the final results but with the journey of this Challenge itself.
As I finished my last cycle during the Annual Conference and Getaway in Miami I gained a couple of extra pounds and the mirror cant lie hahaha.
So almost back home I commited myself to the next cycle. For me taking all the products are part of a daily routine, from the Probiotics early in the morning unitl Repair before going to sleep.
This time my goal was being able to do 20 pullups in a row, at least 1 muscle-up and gain 2kg of lean mass. Its impressive how little constant efforts can produce amazing results. On a first stage I went to the park to do a pull ups routine then I did pull ups 3 times a week combined with bodyweight exercises for legs and on the final stage I increased the protein intake and did a +500reps super routine once a week and thanks to the Berry Blast, MRP and MuscleEnergy Ive been improving to +700reps.
During a soccer game I got a leg injury which made me slow down and be very carefull with the workout, but thanks to the Repair, SuperGreens and MuscleEnergy my recovery has been impressively fast.
Now I feel with way more energy to do my job, and even tough I didnt accomplished my goal I know that little daily efforts will make amazing results
