Another 8wk challenge complete. Very happy with my results. Can see more definition in my body shape and I certainly feel more energetic. My gains and losses have been where they needed to be. The best result for me has been my weight which has stayed constant for the last 4 weeks. I now know everything I do is working towards my goal of a healthier and happier me. By changing my YOR protein shake intake to a post workout supplement instead of a meal replacement helped immensely with my recovery from training.
