BEST BODY
I have been on holidays for 7 weeks and did not exercise at all. After that I felt bloated and full of s..t from all the good(tasting) but not really healthy food and beer. When we got back to Australia I decided to get in my best shape. A week ago I have joined YOR Best Body 8 week challenge. Fist couple days was hard to be back in the routine and after first exercise I felt sore for 2 days. By taking it easy I managed to have two more session in that first week and every single one of them was better and better. I believe YOR Repair Ultra kicked in and helped me to recover much faster. My daily routine is: getting up 5am, having YOR Supergreens, 1&half scoop of YOR Shake(Chocolate - yumm!), scoop of Fiber plus, blended with banana and rolled oats before I leave to train at 6am. This is my breakfast, so easy, tasty and full filing. If I do not train I have the same routine and start my day with only stretching and listening to great audios to become better me.
Around 10am I’m having Berry Blast to get nice drive to keep me focused until lunchtime. Around 12.30pm I have a lunch(cooked) with YOR Digest Ultra. Between lunch and dinner if I get hungry I have some fruits, nuts or another 1&half scoop of YOR Shake. After dinner(usually cooked as well - and of course with Digest Ultra) I drink plenty of green tea. Before I go to bed I take YOR Probiotics and 2 caps of YOR Repair Ultra.
WOW this is unexpected. I’m half way thru the Challenge and the results speaks for itself. I have been getting up every weekday 4.38am to make my Super shake and leaving home to work just after 5am. I don’t get the midday crisis anyone, I train every day (Mon-Fri) and getting home late(usually around 9pm and catching up on my personal stuff - like this. Most of days I have to push myself to bed by 10.30 so I get at least 6 hours sleep. I can’t imagine it before sleeping only 6 hours and being in such an energetic state all day. I have lost cravings and chocolate is not my naughty whisper anymore. I still love the taste but can control it which is unheard of!
Second half of the challenge was like a smooth ride. I have been training 4-5 x a week with ease and lust for it. I do my super shake every morning, taking Digest Ultra with cooked meals(no food coma anymore & no bloated). Finishing my days with probiotics and Repair enzymes.
I definitely feel my best EVER. The pictures before/after speak for themselves. My energy levels, sleeping patterns and light feeling in my belly is so great! I decided to enter another 8 week challenge right away to keep on the top form and hit the best summer in best shape ever! Life starts at 34 :-). Thank you YOR
