Cuando empece este Tercer reto pesaba 70Kgs y actualmente peso 65 Kgs! Mi dia a dia es en la mañana en ayunas tomar el probiotico. A los 30 min o una hora me tomo l malteada con un sobre de fibra. Una hora antes de las 2 comidas principales me tomaba dos capsulas Yor Super Slim, y en la noche me tomaba una Repair (si es que durante el dia hacia ejercicio). Realizaba ejercicio de 2 a 3 veces por semana, máximo 50 minutos de cardio. Los super greens los consumia como al medio dia con jugo de naranja y una enzima digestiva 30 minutos antes de cada comida. Estoy sorprendida de los kilos que baje! No segui una dieta, únicamente agregue a mi vida cotidiana los productos de Yor y de ejercicio no tengo una rutina pesada, ni constante y aun asi, pude obtener un buen resultado.
