El participar en el desafío me animo a bajar de peso, tomando la malteada Yor MRP y el Yor Repair todos los días y haciendo ejercicio (Zumba)5 días a la semana una hora diaria, donde también conocí gente nueva e hice nuevos amigos, por lo tanto el reto también me ayudo a ser mas sociable y a mejorar mi salud, por que cambie mi alimentación, dejando refrescos y azucares, para comer mas sano, agregando mas frutas y verduras a mi dieta.
Ahora la ropa q ya no me quedaba, ya la puedo usar, me veo en el espejo, donde proyecto una mejor figura, me siento una persona diferente, por dentro y por fuera, por dentro soy una persona saludable y por fuera soy una persona feliz por que tengo el cuerpo que quiero.
