My name is Shaun.
I have never really worked out before as my photos will show. But with the amazing help of these products and a great PT I think I did well.
Starting weight was 89.4 kg and I finished at 84.4kg, I have began to tone up and lose body fat.
From reading everyone else's previous testimonials I was very sceptic about how well these products would work, but they have convinced me otherwise. I have never felt this good in my entire life.
I used

1 probiotic in the mornings. Would then go to the gym and immediately after have my mrp which consisted of 2 scoops
1 super green
1 fibre
I aimed to eat 5-7 times a day to speedin my metabolism.
With my bigger meal I would also have an ultra digest and a repair before bed. That was all I used.
I can not recommend yorhealth enough
