This is my 2nd 8week best body transformation & again I feel exactly that - in my best self & shape!

I took all the products from my favorite morning shake of Supergreens, one heaped scoop of fibre, one heaped scoop of MRP (switched between Vanilla one month & chocolate the next) & half a banana blended. Yum!! Such a delicious treat to wake up to each day.

With each cooked meal I took a digest & multi vitamin. I love my pill box & the convince it offers to carry my digest, probiotics, repair & multi vitamins together in. SO easy to keep on track - especially with my YOR best body app daily reminders.

I exercised 4 times a week on average & found my recovery was amazing each time thanks to amazing YOR Repair!! Love that stuff!! And I find it gives me more energy to sustain a longer work out. Win win!!
