Hi everyone, this is my first 8 week challenge using YOR products and I am thrilled with the results.

How I come to use these products was originally not for weight loss, I was tired all the time, stressed and just had no motivation to look after myself. I would snack on sugary foods and bread to get through the day as well as my proper meals. It was was brother who suggested the products, he was using them to build lean muscle and said he had a heap more energy taking the Go Green products. I was a bit sceptical but thought I had nothing to lose.

After Going green for one month I was feeling so much better I wanted to try the YOR best body 8 week challenge, and after 8 weeks here I am. In the before photo I couldn't even get the top in the photo to fit over my stomach!

I take the super greens, fibre plus and berry blast first thing in the morning and 2 vitamins. Then breakfast usually fruit. At lunch I take another 2 vitamins and the digest ultra with my lunch, usually eggs or sandwich with salad/veg. 2 vitamins and digest with dinner and a probiotic before bed. I also try and drink 2.5-3 litres of water a day. I also tried the choc and vanilla MRP, very good mixed with berry blast, I would usually have one for breakfast on the run or dinner.

For exercise I do at least 30mins of walking or a workout DVD at home 3-4 times a week.

Before this regime of YOR products I was lucky the drink half a litre of water and I would snack all day long. Have the digest with each meal has made me mindful of how much extra I was eating better normal meals and drinking lots of water I don't feel hungry all the time.

I love all the products because I think they all have benefits for my health but I really love the Super Greens and Berry Blast.
