Before joining the 8 week challenge I was not aware of the importance of nutrition. For 6 years of my life I was 96lb and thought that my weight was going to stay be same forever and because of this I never cared enough to take the necessary steps to better my health. Until 2 years ago, my body didnt feel the same and it started reflecting in the mirror in the form of a POOCH and LOVE HANDLES and that was a wake up call for me! Normally I thought that my digestive system was regular even though i use to feel bloaded every time I ate. I didnt pay mind to any of this until my close friends and family told me that I was gaining weight and when i heard this I started feeling really insecure of my body. I wanted to get in shape I just didnt know how to start. When I heard about the 8 week challenge I decided to do it because my friends were doing it but i didnt take it that serious until I saw their results after finishing there 8 weeks, than I said I am going to join again and I am going to commit to be fit. I started with the slim set and my goal was to loose 4lb I took the yor shake with the yor fiber ultra and supergreens every morning, took my Digestive Enzymes everytime i finish my meals and my probiotics ultra before I went to bed. I also commited to exercise atleat 4 days a week for an hour and thanks to this and the products I was able to loose 3lb and I felt GREAT and more SEXY! The 8 week challenge has been able to help me get out of my comfort zone, I was more open to try new things I started doing bikram yoga and I stop eating meat. It really help me go out there and achieve my best body. I am in love with the challenge, I am going to achieve and get my body to optimum health.
