me invitaron a entrar al reto de 8 semanas cuando pesaba 118Kg, y logre llegar a los 108Kg en las 8 semanas del reto
tome por las mañanas o noches mi Yor MRP , despues de 2 horas me tomaba el Supergreens con un sobresito de Berry Blast,
en las comidas me tomaba 1 capsula de Digest Ultra, y las capsulas de Probiotics Ultra 1 por la mañana y otra por la noche
