Starting my 8 week challenge was a challenge alone, I was struggling with my career in which I had the most of my attention to: I really can't blame my career because o have made bad choices. I had to incorporate my mrp with my day in which I am extremely busy so my shaker cup came in handy. The berry blast is really a blast, I didn't need coffee at 2pm because I had my berry blast which gave me the push I needed to continue with my day. Then again at dinner a fast mrp instead of fast food. I really never pictured myself to have lost weight in that period of time. I thank a special person who helped me with my journey Vanessa Marin, thanks love your the best!!!! Thank you Yorhealth for making products that actually work not like the fake garbage that other companies sell to the desperate people who want to loose weight! How much can I thank Yorhealth!!! Gee am happy!!!!
