The past 8 weeks has been huge for me and fellow challengers in Roxby downs. I set myself a goal to feel good, be motivated, healthy and not let having a 4 month old baby slow me down or be an excuse for not looking after myself. This hasn't been just a weightloss journey for myself but an overwhelming adjustment to life with a beautiful baby. These products have honestly helped me with the energy to juggle bubs, return to work as an Osteopath, start my yor health business, look after my family and somehow manage stay social with my friends. The perfect balance that I didn't think was possible. It's been a blast participating in the challenge with other like minded people.
I eat well and exercise regularly going to the gym for weights 4x a week, running 1x a week and HIIT 1-2x per week and In my first 8wk challenge I've lost 4.5kg and 30cm off my body measurements.
My daily regimen with the products is-

Breakfast- protein shake
Lunch- digest ultra, supergreens with fibre and berry blast
Dinner- digest ultra
Before bed- repair ultra
