Este es mi segundo reto!!! Me he sentido muy bien, este reto lo inicié con 83Kg y terminé en 80Kg y ya empecé a tonificar, estuve utilizando la malteada, yor berry blast, digestivos y Yor super slim, apoyandome de una alimentación balanceada y constante ejercicio. Sé que éste no es mi último reto y voy por más. Se me ha hecho fácil seguir cumpliendo mis metas en cuanto al reto, pues siempre hay alguien de la familia Yor que te va a dar ánimos para seguir adelante.
Quiero ayudar a más gente a prevenir y mejorar su salud así como a mi me ha ayudado. De mi primer reto hasta el día de hoy he perdido 18Kg, y he ganado más confianza y seguridad en mí, que era algo que había perdido.
