Going into the 2nd cycle of my 8 Week Challenge, I knew I had to join, because how can you promote something that you aren't apart of yourself? You are the product of the product, the walking billboard.

My before weight was 125 lbs and now I am down to 120 lbs, before pants size 4 and now back to size 2. Starting the challenge, my mentality was just shedding off some weight, specifically my stomach area. However, then I didn't think I was going leaner, tone up and have more energy as I do now. I took the whole line of products to help me get to my goals. I used them how they are supposed to be used, but I replaced more of my meals with the YorMRP, and I took more Complete Burn for the extra endurance for workouts and with my meals to burn off more fat. Along with good eating habits. I worked out 5 days a week, then in my last month or so toward the end of my challenge, I bumped in up to 6 days a week to finish up the 8week challenge strong and get more results.

I know this products are amazing and they work! However, I had things holding me back from reaching to my goals and faster.
Before the challenge I use to hate working out at the gym and preferred to do fun workouts like doing zumba and yoga classes. Even though they are good for cardio, balance and to get toned, I wanted to also get toned and gain muscle faster. Most of my life I had insecurities, low self-esteem low confidence.
This challenge has changed my perspectives, that in order to get the results I want, I must learn to not mind to go to the gym, adopt a new attitude that will motivate be to be consistent on my workouts, without excuses.
Now I love to work out and enjoy to start my day, because all I think about is working for my best body and everything else that I have to gain from it. I gained some more confidence and expecially gained more belief in myself and my abilities. Which is my cheerleader, at the gym, it is what keeps me going when I want to stop, give up at a workout, because the pain is only temporary and to remember to do whatever it takes because your future self will thank you for not quitting when you had the chance.

I have passed most of my limitations and now I have higher standards to reach for. I can't wait to go into cycle 3, with a new attitude, new plan, new goal to get closer to the best shape of my life, and in that become a fitspiration & inspiration to others to go out and reach your goals no matter how big or small it is or how far or close you are.
I am so appreciative to have the is 8 Week Challenge as platform to give me that push to be more health conscious, break out from obstales, get fit and to help spread happiness to others. Ofcourse, thanks to the yorhealth products, help me optimize my workout and my overall health. I am so excited for cycle 3! Thank you for reading my story! ;)
