The past 8 weeks has helped me on my journey back to pre baby weight. My goals for this challenge were to loss weight, gain energy, improve my fitness and feel healthy! As I have a 13 week old and a 2 year old son I wanted to be fit, healthy and full of energy to run around and play with them.
I started the challenge weighing 92.5kgs and finished at 82.5kg, loosing a whooping 10kgs and 60.5cm of my body. Overall I feel fit, healthy and full of energy!
My daily regimen with the products is-
breakfast- 3x scoops of MRP, 1x probiotic and 1x muscle repair
Snack- 2x fibre 1x berry blast 1x supergreen
Lunch- 1x digest ultra
Snack- 1x scoop MRP
Tea- 1x digest ultra

I walked 5x times a week, attended 2 fitness classes a week and played a game of mixed netball!

I love the products, I loved the 8 week challenge so much that I became a rep and I can't wait to get people on board for the next round ??
