Aqui nuevamente terminando satisfactoriamente mi segundo reto, comenze pesando 64k y terminando en 62k, tal vez no es muy significativo 2 kilos pero para mi esta de maravilla, comenze a ir al gimnasio y hacer pesas para lograr definirme un poco, realmente yo me siento super bien no eh logrado lo que quiero pero tampoco estoy como comenze asi que todo marcha excelente yo me siento de maravilla ya que estos resultados en tan poco tiempo para mi es padrisimo.
como empeze a ir al gym me comenze a tomar el MUSCLE ENERGY al irme al gym mientras entrenaba lo tomaba y antes de salir de casa el BURN (Quemador) de salida del al gym y camino a casa me iba tomando mi malteada y llegando a casa fruta o avena, como colacion tomaba mi super greens y antes de cada comida el super slim que en realidad si ayuda muchisimo en el control de la ansiedad y sentirse mas satisfecho yo lo recomiendo muchisimo, eh sentido que mi cuerpo mas que bajar en kilos se ah ido compactando y yo realmente me siento encantada, mas que cuidarse por un tiempo determinado, se vuelve ya un estilo de vida, que me encanta compartir con los demas.
