cuando empeze mi segundo siclo del reto mi peso es de 93 libras mi pero final quedo igual 93 libras. los productos los tomo diarios consumo el repair al despertarme y la malteada en la mañana junto con el super greens como desayuno a media mañana tomo mi berry blass. a la hora de la comida consumo el dages y las vitamisnas. la frecuenci acon la que hago ejercicio es 2 veces a la semana hago acrobacia aeria donde trabajo fuerza en brazos abdomen y piernas el impacto que ha tenido en mi es tener una mejor nutricion teniendo mas energia para rendir mi dia laboral sentirme mejor de mi problema muscular y poder hacer ejercicio sin estar tan adolorida y lo mejor es bajando poca grasa
