Before starting the 8 week yor health challenge I didnt use any other products, so I can fully appreciate the difference its made to me.
Daily in the morning i made/ make a shake using the supergreens, fibre, and berry blast, 1 banana, almond milk and water. Filling and gets you going.
I exercise 5 days a week, a mixture of cardio weight classes at my gym, with some weight only nights, and then im a keen jogger so run outdoors when the weather is too good to be indoors!
I can honestly say im so proud of myself for keeping up the exercise throughout the challenge with the help of Elisha Grech, a great friend and yorhealth representative, and feel a huge difference in my capabilities and strength, I feel more alert and ready to take on the day. Although my eating habits are still eratic I still feel like ive made an achievement and its something I'll just have to work on. Its not over yet! Thank you yorhealth.
