I had so much fun getting involved in the Yor Best Body Challenge! My friend, Laura, and I decided to do this together and we have been training together every week throughout and had a lot of fun on the way.
My starting weight was 75kg and I am now 71kg. I had never focused on the scales though. All about how I feel and making better choices and habits along the way.
I have been using all the Yor Health products consistently for about 12 months now and I can honestly say I will never stop. The Supergreens, Berry Blast and Fibre shake makes me feel so much more energized and ready to start my day with a gym session. Feels like I have always had a love for gym, training 5-6 times a week, mainly working on weights and boxing classes.
Looking forward to jumping on the challenge again to continue to support and train with some friends so we can get to our fitness goals together :)
