Hola que tal, la verdad estoy super contento con los resultados que he tenido desde que conoci los productor yorhealth, no tanto por los cambios fisicos q me encantan, principalmente por mi salud, antes de conocer yor sufria de ansiedad por los malos habitos que llevaba y ahora puedo decir que me encuentro de maravilla, y si a eso le agregamos que pude utilizar nuevamente unas camisas que me encantan y q hace 3 meses ni en broma entraba en ellas, pues que mas puedo pedir.

Los productos me los tomo de la siguiente manera porque obviamente voy a seguir consumiendolos
En la mañana una malteada mrp con la fibra que por cierto es estupenda
Al medio dia yor super green con jugo de piña
En la tarde la pastilla digest acompañando mi comida favorita
Y por la noche de nuevo una malteada mrp sin la fibra
Obviamente en ayunas el probiotico
Esto lo acompañe con 1 hr de ejercicio cada 4 o 5 dias porque no tuve tiempo de hacer mas.......
Realmente recomiendo este reto para ponerse una meta personal porque eso no solo ayuda para el fisico sino tambien para lograr una disciplina en uno mismo....
