Before I started the 8 week challenge I was on some of the products a month before. I didn't really want to do the 8 week thing because I thought It would of made no difference to how I look! On the first month I was blown away by how good it worked! I lost 4kg in the first month! That when I decided to actually do the 8 week challenge! The energy and motivation I've got from this is insane! I do boxing, ballet, gym and I run two business's! I train 6 days a week sometime twice a day! I don't wake up sore or tired, the recovery is second to none! I was 72kg when I started now I'm 68kg! I've got the vic titles in November for boxing and I'm already 1kg under fighting weight!
