Hola!!! Estoy muy emocionado por los excelentes resultados que he obtenido con mi reto de 8 semanas!!, hace mas de dos años que deje de hacer ejercicio, simplemente porque no me daba el tiempo de realizarlo, y mi alimentación la descuide comiendo mucha comida grasosa y nada nutritiva...
