My name is Milos, and I am on a mission to make a positive impact in the world. I will forever be on this mission because I lost my beautiful mother to cancer at the age of 53 last year. I don't want to see anyone else suffer because of the lack of right knowledge, and this is why I want to not only have the knowledge to give people, but be an example of what it means to be healthy.

I joined the 8 Week Challenge because I place an extremely high value on continuously improving myself, both mentally and physically, and challenges are the best way to do so. I love the quote "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." The only way to improve is by overcoming challenges. The more fun and quantified a challenge is, the more keen I am to follow through with it, especially if it's community based.

The reason I value health so highly is because I used to think I was healthy before I started using the YOR Health premium quality products. I was used to feeling bloated and tired after eating, I thought slow recovery was normal, and I had the belief that not waking up fresh was just how it was meant to be. On top of all that, I lacked self confidence because I couldn't lose the weight I wanted to, and this impacted me psychologically, causing me to be shy and have low belief in myself. Once I added the products into my diet, all of that had changed.

I had been very focused on cardio up until this 8 week challenge had started, then I shifted towards muscle building. I called it 'Bulk For Blue' with one of my good friends and business partners, Cam Taylor, who is also a big inspiration to me. So throughout the challenge, I continued drinking my favourite shake, the superblast, in the morning (consisting of Berry Blast, Fibre and SuperGreens mixed with water).

I used the Digest Ultra enzymes 1-2 times a day with bigger meals to ensure they were breaking down properly, and also had 1-2 of the Essential Vitamins twice a day so I could get the nourishment I was missing from food. The MRP was very handy after workouts to give me the protein for building muscle, and finally, at night I had the Probiotic Ultra to settle my gut and support my immune system, and the Repair Ultra to have a great sleep and recover so much quicker from my workouts than I used to in the past, which was essential for getting results in a short period of time.

I now feel I am able to achieve so much more, not just regarding fitness, but anything in life, and for the first time since I was born, I can see definition in my abs beginning to form. My confidence has risen by more than I could ever imagine. This challenge has helped me prove to myself that it is all about consistency, and has truly been the launch pad into the rest of my life. Bring on the future!

Finally, to conclude, I want to mention that every time I exercise, I just think of my mother going through the pain and suffering of her Pancreatic Cancer, and I ALWAYS push the limits in all my workouts and exercises because of how much pain I saw her overcome, and she just kept fighting until the end. She has been a major inspiration to me, and I have applied her courage in my life so I will keep working hard until it is my time to go.
