Cuando empece el reto pesaba 84 kilos, y hoy peso 81 kilos.
Los productos que use fueron el probiotico en las mañanas en ayunas con un vaso de agua, la malteada la primer semana solo en las noches las demás fueron en las mañanas y noches. Y el digestivo en la hora de la comida antes de empezar a comer, a veces se me olvidaba tomarlas ;) ejercicio solo camino media hora 3 veces a la semana.
