I was introduced to the products through my brother and was interested but was also quite skeptical also. When I saw the success that my brother and dad were having with the products I decided that using them would be good as I wasn't receiving the results I thought I deserved from the gym.

During the first week of the challenge the probiotics and fibre were really starting to do their job. The shakes were delicious and I especially enjoyed drinking them with the supergreens. The berry blast was great to use before workouts and to keep me going throughout the day and the yor repair helped with recovery after workouts.
The digest is great and I no longer feel tired after big meals.

Working out only about 3 times a week i didn't expect to get much from the products. Combined with my tendency to eat fast food once or twice a week I was sure that I wouldn't see a change but i have lost a bit of belly fat and managed to gain a kilo of muscle which is a step for me since I have an extremely difficult time trying to put on wealth healthily. I have also gained quite a lot of confidence and I'm definitely going to do much better in my next challenge!
