Although I did not achieve the exact goal I was aiming for, I was happy with the by product of my current results from this 8 week challenge. I set out to show others it could be done without turning your life completely upside down and by anyone. After knowing that I have given others a little hope, it's what gives me more confidence to keep pushing and truly transforming my life. By transforming my life I know I will also help others transform their own. This is only a small step towards the great journey of achieving my ultimate goal of not only helping my family reach a better life style, but also honoring my mom's successful battle against cancer.
