Hello my name is Merinda, i started the challenge nearly weighing 60 kilos which was the heaviest I've been, now i weigh 56 kilos. I'm so happy with my results from the Yor Health challenge because I've not only lost weight but i have so much more energy now! Before the products i would feel sluggish and bloated with little energy but thanks to the products i feel amazing!
The products i took was the Yor super greens and berry blast in the morning, digest and vitamins with my two main meals, probiotics and and two repair before bed and most days i would have either a Vanilla or Chocolate Yor shake with some fiber for breakfast or a snack.
This was my first challenge so im looking to sculpt for my next one!
