I used to swim competitively from a very young age so keeping fit and healthy has always been a high priority of mine. In saying that tho it doesn't really go hand in hand with my Italian background or my love for food as I couldn't diet for the life of me. Throughout this challenge I indulged in a lot of pasta and pizza but still got amazing results. Before my first 8 week challenge I have never supplemented before. So while still taking the products now I have managed to keep off the results from the first and not gained any cm. I'm glad I can maintain my new all year round body and not just a summer one :)
