Hello everyone, so my goal for the challenge was to maintain 170 and lose fat while gain muscle. The products I used the most were the vanilla MRP and complete burn. The MRP and muscle energy have been making me so much stronger in every muscle group. In the gym Monday through Friday
It feels good to actually be able to even be fit. When I was about 1 I got asthma which is why I started even gaining weight in the first place. Any physical activity I did always ended up in a asthma attack or me needing to stop. By the time I hit highschool I ran summer track and ended up able to control it and started playing sports and hitting the weights from there.
To go from 145 in 12th grade to being 170 now is pretty good for me. The product that has helped my asthma and kept me from these allergies is the Supergreens. Somehow someway it opens up my airways so I take it if I start getting sick
So I appreciate the company soo much for these products to be having a program that has been and still is getting me in better health and in better shape. Cycle 3 will be even better!
