When I started this challenge I was at 61kg which was right about the mark that I left finishing my previous 8 week challenge.
This challenge I only had one goal - to see how much further I could push past my previous results, as that was my peak level of fitness.
I used the sculpt set once again, with the assistance of the super slim to add the extra boost. I took the products daily - of course, I wanted to be sure to perform at my best each day!
Every morning was started with Vanilla MRP mixed with Supergreens and Fibre followed by a berry blast a few hours later. This helped with fitting in the morning meal and getting the day started right.
I would alternate between solid meals and MRP (chocolate or vanilla) throughout the day and before each meal I would have 1 digest ultra with 2 essential vitamins and a super slim.
To finish off the day I would have a probiotics and a repair ultra before sleeping, and I would 2 repairs on training days.
I would train 2-3 times a week, and more if my work schedule could allow it.
Since taking these products I have been able to push my training to its limits and improve so much as a dancer. I was able to dance for 5-6 hours straight once a week and this pushed me to hone my skills - which worked so well with my goal in surpassing my personal bests! Without the challenge I wouldn't have been able to be physically in shape to train and improve each week. I can say with confidence that because of the YOR Health 8 Week Challenge I was able to reach my peak highest level of skill in dancing in 9 years!
