Este reto ha significado un cambio en mis hábitos, en volver a creer que puedo regresar mi cuerpo a su peso ideal, que puedo sentirme mejor, mas saludable y con más energía. Desde la adolescencia no recuerdo estar a gusto con mi peso y con mi figura a partir de Yor Health y de la decisión de ser una persona mas saludable he visto resultados que me hacen sentir muy bien. Cuando inicié el reto mi peso era de 156 libras y al día de hoy estoy en 149 libras, el régimen que he seguido es tomar MRP de chocolate y Vainilla, un día por la mañana y un día por la noche, de snack un super greens con jugo a media tarde, enzimas digestivas a la hora de la comida y un quemador antes del ejercicio. La rutina de ejercicio que hago se llama entrenamiento de intervalos y lo realizo 5 días a la semana y son 12 minutos y 10 minutos de correr. Lo más difícil de esto reto ha sido ser constante en el ejercicio y vencer miedos de no terminar lo que inicio pero con la motivación y al ver resultados tan padres todo fue más fácil.
